FAQs of Automatic Litter Box
When you power the device off and then back on, it performs an automatic detection and returns the drum to its initial position. This process lasts about 2 minutes. After the self-check is completed, the device automatically switches to sensor cleaning mode, turning on the sensor light. You can adjust to other modes if needed.
Our cat litter box uses a special program design to reduce the cleaning operation speed. Low-speed operation minimizes device noise and saves cat litter. A standard cleaning operation takes about 2 minutes. Additionally, if the cat is overly curious and interrupts the device operation by watching nearby, it may extend the cleaning time. Lower speeds can also reduce resistance for timid cats.
We designed this cat litter box with “sand-saving reverse” and “dynamic waste collection” features to save litter and increase the capacity of the waste bin. Therefore, there will be a period of reverse rotation during cleaning, and occasionally a small amount of waste may roll out of the waste collection bin. This is normal and will be collected back into the bin after cleaning is completed.
This may be due to the waste bag in the collection bin not being placed properly, which could block the entrance, or the waste being too large to pass through. Please ensure that the collection bin opens and closes smoothly. It is recommended to check each time you install a new waste bag. If there is oversized waste in the collection bin, manually break it down before cleaning it again.
Any commonly used cat litter on the market is adaptive to our litter box.
Please add cat litter according to the markings inside the drum. If you put too much litter, it can overload the separator inside the drum, causing excess litter to fall into the waste collection bin and resulting in waste.
The cat litter bin and waste collection box can be detached and washed with water. It is recommended to clean them every two weeks to provide your pet with a clean and tidy toilet and maintain a clean indoor air environment.
The litter change function is intended to dump the litter from the drum into the waste collection bin. If the waste collection bin is full of feces and lacks capacity, some litter may not successfully enter the bin. In this case, you can replace the trash bag and run the litter change function again.
